Five Finger Death Punch have lifted themselves to new heights on the Billboard 200 this week.

The band's latest effort, The Wrong Side of Heaven and the Righteous Side of Hell: Volume 1 debuted at number two on the album chart after selling 112,000 copies in its first week.  The feat gives the group both their highest-charting album and their best sales week yet.

Their previous high-water mark came in 2011 when American Capitalist bowed at number three and sold 90,000 copies.  But even with their career-best numbers, Five Finger Death Punch were still blocked from the number one spot by Robin Thicke.  The R&B crooner's album Blurred Lines sold 177,000 copies on its way to the top.

Five Finger Death Punch will have another shot at reaching the Billboard 200 peak when they release The Wrong Side of Heaven and the Righteous Side of Hell: Volume 2 later this fall.
